With our axle fixture systems you can mount entire axle systems or chassis components for fatigue strength testing or kinematic analyses on chassis or axles.

An axle fixture system consists of a basic structure with an optimized natural frequency for the test specimens. Specific modular adapters fix the various test specimens to the axle fixture system at the appropriate degree of stiffness. This allows correct positioning relative to the test rig or the load transfers.

On request, we are able to supply our complex axle fixture systems complete with force and moment input for loading in the engine bearing, on axle beams and on and in drive shafts. Axle fixture systems for testing in corrosive atmospheres are also available as an option.
