Concrete foundations and mounting plates positioned on air springs or steel spring isolators are particularly suitable for the vibration-isolated mounting of test stands or machines.
The foundation generally is a reinforced concrete structure with a cross-sectional shape and mass matched to the application. Masses of 10 to 2000 tons can be realised.
In most cases the concrete foundation is provided with a T-slot plate which serves as precision base for the high loads of test assemblies later on.
In order to join mounting plates dynamically durable we use a specially designed anchorage construction.
We also supply foundations to a width of 3000 mm and gross weight of 25 tons ex factory.
