Fuel Filling Test Rig

The fuel filling test rig is used to test fuel systems in complete vehicles. Particular emphasis of these tests is on the fuel tanks and on the behavior of fuels in the entire system when primed.

For the testing process, the tilting platform can be tilted in all tilting directions at a range of +/- 15 degrees. A distinctive feature of this platform is the operating height at a mere 1,000 mm in lowered position. The platform is driven hydraulically by 4 hydraulic actuators with upstream proportional valves.

It is controlled using an SPS, and a touch screen serves as user interface. The platform dimensions are 7,000 x 3,500 mm.
